My postings will be things that I have heard, seen, or read that have inspired introspection and reflection. My goal is to practice living mindfully and in the "now." They may come in the form of a quote or just a random thought to reflect on. Written with hope that something I write or post will not just help me, but others on a similar path. This was happening around 7:15 PM tonight. Lots of snow still outside. You would never know that tomorrow is the first day of spring.
